Expansion – Concentration, Inspiration-Expiration, ainsi se diffuse le Souffle de Vie, ainsi va la Création. Ce cycle universel dont nous sommes pétris. Un cycle d’ouverture à l’Autre, au Monde, au Soi et de puis de fermeture, de retour vers l’intérieur, vers la non-forme, vers l’Etre. La respiration est la voix de l’Âme. Le Yoga n’est pas un acte religieux. Le Yoga ne nous apporte pas la foi sur un plateau. Pourtant avec le temps de la respiration, le temps du non-agir, il nous ouvre les voies vers notre propre cheminement intérieur et spirituel. Nous faisant oublier la forme, il fait silence. Et le silence est un lieu sacré.
Expansion-Concentration : le cycle de l’Univers, de la Création, de l’Etre. Toute petites et modestes créatures que nous sommes, nous sommes ce cycle infini, nous sommes le Souffle de Vie. Libérons-nous de notre pensée guerrière pour revenir à la Source de Paix.
Je souhaite à chacun et chacune d’entre nous de se trouver et de persévérer sur le chemin intérieur. Très belle année 2019.
